Panelbase Login Problem

Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right place to post. But I would like to know if someone else is going through the same issue. I am trying to login to the Panel base survey account but it is showing an error.
Server Error in '/' Application.
A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.
Can anyone confirm if this is happening to them as well?
