If you go to the 'contact us' page of the colour catcher website and fill in your name and address they will send you a free sample within 28 days, without you having to pay for the cost of the text. Just remember to request one in the comments box. Hope this helps!

Thanks, I too,got nowhere with the text,so have just filled out the form online. Fingers crossed!:rolleyes:

Sent the text and got the 'as appropriate' reply back, so rang customer service and was met with a quite annoyed woman who asked 'who are you?? who told you that we give samples??' I told her about the ad on tv to which she sarcastically replied 'well we do sell them...'
She then said she'd pass me on to someone else, but I hung up, felt like I was begging!
