How did you know when you'd found the right dress?

I was just wondering how people here knew they'd found the right dress for their big day!
I think I might have found mine...when I tried it on on Saturday I felt like I didn't want to take it off. Every time I looked back at it in the mirror I found another detail to look at and I felt like it enhanced my figure.
I didn't cry, although I did feel a bit emotional!

I don't think everyone cries when they find the right dress I didn't. If you felt like you didn't want to take it off then maybe it is the right one for you

I did't cry at all in my dress!
I just liked it, thought it suited me, felt comfy in it and most importantly felt like it was 'me'.0 -
I never cried, but i couldn't stop smiling. Even people that hated it on the hanger had to admit it was lovely on and i looked so happy in it that they agreed it was the one.
Plus I used to go every week on my day off to put try it on! (My friend owned the shop, so it was ok!) She used to force me to try on all the other dresses just to see me cringe, so she got her own back really!0 -

I remember looking in the mirror and thinking this is how a princess must feel.
Sort of warm and glowing:):):):):):):)0 -
I couldn't stop smiling or twirling... others I tried on didn't get that reaction!0

I'm not a BTB for whom the dress was the be-all and end-all, but when I tried mine on for the first time, it just felt more special than any of the others I'd tried.
I didn't cry but I knew by people's reactions that it was the right one, so I did the sit down test and that was that!
I'd say wanting to keep trying it on is a good sign though0 -
I only tried on two dresses, and when I took the first one off to try on the second, the shop assistant said 'shall I go and put this back on the mannequin then?' and a little voice in my head went 'No! Not my dress! You can't put my dress back on the shop floor, someone else might buy it!' so I took that as a sign0

I felt like a bride in it. I was really happy and twirly in mine. Although my wedding isn't to 2015 so I feel a bit mad even looking at dresses!094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250
