The closing date for entries is 13th December 2013. 3. The prize draw will be made within 7 days, by an independent third-party and not an employee of Kings Walk. 4. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason. 5. There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to take the prize a redraw will take place. 6. Gift Vouchers must be collected in person from King's Walk Shopping Centre. 7. Proof of ID – driving licence or passport must be presented by the winner. 8. All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed in the stores located in King's Walk. 9. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. 10. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 11. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 12. The winners will be required to take part in publicity resulting from these prize draws. 13.
