Hi all done - officially BR as of exactly 12.00!!
Though very daunting at first it was a very easy process and everyone at the court was very friendly and helpful.
Saw the judge - took about two minutes - not a court just a small side office - he was very nice.
I wished I hadn't been so frightened before I went in as there was absolutely no need to be.
So to anyone out there who needs to do this, do not be put off.
Wanted to say thank you and send loads of hugs to everyone who helped me get through the last few months - especially Richard who answered all my questions :A
Just the OR interview to get through now.
Cheers everyone

You will get through the OR interview - as Sweedart & loads of us can testify, it's not nearly as bad as you expect it to be. Just make sure you have your SOA, & any documents you might need to refer to close by so that you can look up the info if necessary. If you don't know the answer to a question, don't get flustered - just be honest & say you don't know, & you'll get back to them with the answer as soon as you can.

Hi There,
Well done Jules, as you know my interview was fine today. Just be truthful and have your SOA, he only asked me about what i wrote in that. I even forgot to list one of my creditors and he just said dont worry pop the last statement of theirs in the post to him. I promise you it will be fine. Let us know how you get on.
