Qatar Airways Competition Terms and Conditions
The prize consists of 2 Business class tickets from either London or Manchester to the selected destination (Hong Kong) and a 7-night stay for two persons in a Superior Harbourview Room at InterContinental Hong Kong inclusive of daily breakfast at Harbourside Restaurant, plus dinner for 2 persons (to the value of HK$3000) at NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong. The stay and dinner are subject to advance reservations and availability within one year of the contest date (ie: Dec 8, 2014) with black-out dates as stated below.
The room stay (all 7 nights) would be valid for one year from the date of the contest (ie: Dec 8, 2014) subject to advance reservation and availability, with black-out dates which include Dec 8-10. 2013. Christmas Eve & Day (Dec 24-26, 2013), New Year's Eve & Day (Dec 30, 2013-Jan 2, 2014), Chinese NY (Jan 31 - Feb 5, 2014), Rugby 7 period (Mar 21-24, 2014), Labour Day & Golden Week (May 1-5, 2014), National Day Holidays (Oct 1-5, 2014) and Oct 14-18, 2014.
Any applicable fuel surcharge and taxes will be met by Qatar Airways. These tickets must be used within 12 months of being awarded or 31DEC14 (whichever the earliest). Prize tickets must be booked together for travel on the same flights. Extension of validity is not allowed. This original letter must be produced to the ticketing office. Prize tickets apply only Qatar Airways flights originating from the UK. The ticket(s) has no cash value and is non-endorsable, non-re-routable & valid on Qatar Airways Services Only. UK Domestic flights are not included. Tickets to be issued in the winner’s name only. Embargo restrictions may apply at peak times, and seats are subject to availability in the required non-revenue class. Liability with regards to visa, passport and health requirements rest solely with the prize winner. Please quote the authority reference code at the bottom of this letter in all correspondence.
