The prize is clearly identified as Ford Fiesta 1.25 Zetec 3dr, registered in 2012 and having covered roughly 8000 miles.
At no point is it implied that the vehicle is in as new condition, as may feature wear and tear appropriate to a vehicle of the stated age and mileage. No warranty on the vehicle is implied, other than the remaining balance of the manufacturer's warranty from when the vehicle was first registered. Further Prize Conditions: a. The winner will be confirmed once they have sent a copy of their driving licence (photo ID/ passport and counterpart) b. Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of their ownership; c. Appropriate insurance must be in place at time of collection and a valid original copy of either the cover note/certificate of insurance must be shown at time of collection and release of the Prize; d. Appropriate VED must be in place at time of collection. e. Both original parts of a full valid UK driving license is necessary along with photo ID prior to receipt of the vehicle, which must be shown at time of collection and release of the Prize; and f. Any failure of the above conditions will result in the winner not being able to collect and be issued their Prize. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting a prize. g. IMO will announce the winner with their first name and reigon only, as part of the campaign's promotion. IMO will say it was a competition ran through Mumsnet, but will not mention your Mumsnet name.
