I actually think it's a real advent as in a home one. I've found some text that says this:
Throughout the first twenty-four days of the month of December, the chocolates are the stars of this fun and tasty tale. One yearns for them, and one is forced to wait, until, finally, one's patience is rewarded. Each day brings a new surprise. What code will it reveal? What flavor will it be? A countdown calendar to whet the appetite until it's time to open the gifts sitting under the Christmas tree.
