Need help please!!!
I splashed chicken fat over my sweatshirt, put it in the wash straight away but the splatter marks are still there.
How can I get rid of them? Vanish?

Try vanish oxi-action. Pour boiling water on the area, get the scoop and place some undiluted 'salts' on the area - at the bottom of the scoop there's some round nodules, use these to gently work in the 'salts'.
Get a scoop full and mix it with warm water in a large bowl, leave it to soak overnight. Then re-wash as normal laundry.
If this doesn't work, there's another trick you could use which involves a very low heated iron and power towels.
Place the paper towels both inside and outside of your garment gently move the iron over the paper towel. You should be able to see the towel absorb the oil. Replace dirty towels and continue until the spots disappear/become less noticable. A detailed version can be found on a How-to website. I used this to remove candle wax oil marks, and it worked.
Read the label of the garment carefully to ensure it can be ironed, secondly don't steam it and check the temprature is low even on the lowest setting should suffice. Otherwise you end up with burnt in stains.
Good luck and fingers crossed.0 -
I've used the Stain Devil Fat Remover and that worked well.0

The only things that will get rid of fat and grease stains are washing up liquid (neat) and shampoo (again, neat) because you need an emulsifier.
I have a bottle of value shampoo under the kitchen sink ready for greasy stains. Always works.0 -

I got a greasy stain out of a t-shirt I had already washed by sprinkling it with baby powder when dry, leaving for a few hours then shaking off the powder and washing it again. Worked for me0

I also use neat washing up liquid. Squeeze it on, rub it in and leave it for a few hours before washing as normal.
