Looks like OP has offended the internet police.

I mean is it really worth reporting it as spam? perhaps just remind op of the rules and ask them to remove the name and describe the site involved. Its not as if they have just signed up and constantly posted links or anything.

Yes there was another post. I always just report the posts and avoid making a comment, for the exact reason above.
