I have been receiving debt recovery letters from CapQuest for my outstanding Very Catalogue balance which I haven't been able to pay so I've just been ignoring the letters.
Now I'm currently receiving letters from DMPay.co.uk requesting the funds, stupid as it sounds, I have payed the outstanding debt I owe to these via dmpay.co.uk website, as I'm sick of the headache with debt!
After I made the payment, I recieved this exact email as i quote below...
I made the payment on the 29/11/13 and it has now been 48 hours.
Today 48 hours and counting later, The Oustanding balance still appears that I owe £411.67 which I have paid in full.
Any help / tips / advice.. all appreciated
Thanks!

never dealt with this company specifically, but in an effort to put your mind at rest......would it not be 48 working hours.....(it is the weekend)
edit.....i think 2 business days might be a better guess0 -
give it a few working days, u have email to say its been paid0

Personally, I was kind of thinking the same.. It was just the length and format of the email, just doesn't seem professional to me.. all i can do is wait i suppose! then if the outstanding balance doesnt change after after the matter of a 7-10 working days then i'm officially out of £4110
