• Employees and their immediate families of United Biscuits, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.

• Each entry into the draw costs 3 VIP Club points.
• You can enter the draw as many times as you like, provided you have enough points to enter.
• Prize draw closes at midnight on 31/12/2013.
• The draw will be made by random selection from all entries.
• Winners will be contacted via email within 14 days of the closing date using the contact details provided on entering/held in relation to your membership of McVitie's VIP Club. If the winner does not acknowledge notification within 21 days post notification of winning, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
• No other prize alternatives are available. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if it deems it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
• The decision of the promoter will be final and binding.
