Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Prize: 5 x Christmas hampers, 20 x £10 Debenhams Flowers vouchers

Date: Sunday 1 December

The draw is open to UK residents aged 13 years and over, other than employees of Debenhams, their families or its agencies. If you are under 16 you agree that you have a parent/guardian's consent to enter. One entry per household. The Promoter reserves the right to: verify the eligibility of entrants, check their identity and confirm parent or guardian's consent either before or after the winner has been selected.
There are 25 individual prizes: 5x First Prizes consisting of one Debenham Flowers 'Christmas Joy Hamper' and 20x Second Prizes consisting of one £10 Debenhams Flower Gift Voucher.
Entries must be made by following the link on https://www.bt.com/christmas to access the advent calendar, selecting the appropriate day, completing the entry form in full, and pressing 'enter' by 11:59pm on 1 December 2013.
The winners will be the first 25 entries drawn at random from the pool of correct entries by an independent person on 2 December 2013. The first 5 winners will receive a First Prize, and the next twenty winners will receive a Second Prize. The winners will be notified by email by 3 December 2013.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews)
A list of prize winners (first and last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Harry Foges, BT Centre, London, EC1A 7AJ before 15 January 2014.
Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and may be used by the Promoter or its selected partners to offer you targeted goods or services. Your personal details will not be processed for any other purpose.
No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure they submit a valid email address, and that the email address is able to accept emails from BT.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter's sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

T&Cs

1. There are 3 prizes, each consisting of 'a one weekend stay (2 nights) for 2 people, on a bed & breakfast basis, at any Thistle hotel in the UK'.
2. There is no travel, spending money or meal allowances (notwithstanding breakfast) included in the prize.
3. The winners will be able to choose a hotel and then select from a range of available dates provided by Thistle Hotels following the prize draw.
4. The prizes are subject to availability.
