3 year fixed - Yorkshire building society 2.34% 75% LTV

Has anyone come across a better fix rate deal then the yorkshire building society , they are offering a 3yr Fixed Rate Mortgage - 75% LTV , @2.34% .

I'm thinking of putting in an offer tomorrow on a property so could do with some suggestions. Any help will be much appreciated .

I was thinking of going through a broker but don't know any.

    The era of exceptionally low rates may well be ending now that the FLS is being withdrawn.

    Rates will increasingly reflect the real cost of the raising of funds to the lenders themselves.
