Hi,
Had a mention on Twitter saying that I'd won with the Holiday Inn Birmingham. Looking forward to staying there.
I just can't work out how to DM them. There doesn't seem to be an option. Is it because they are not following me?

To DM go to your Twitter page, at the top right there is a envelope. Click that & a box comes up. Click new message & write what you want to.
