    They are aiming for end of Jan so hopefully we can wing another month. We will have to see. I can't speak to anyone until Monday so thought I'd explore this avenue first.

    There's no way I'm paying the ERC for that sake of a month so we with move the beginning of March or lose the buyer! Fingers crossed for March!

    The time will soon pass. Particularly with the Xmas break delaying proceedings.
