Do I freeze them cooked, raw, neither or both?

    I'd say raw. Freeze them blind on nonstick paper then stack 'em up in a box or bag. That way you can just defrost 1 or 2 at a time.

    I would freeze them raw....you can freeze em cooked if you like but they might dry out a bit when you re-heat them..

    Hi TAG,

    As long as they haven't been previously frozen they'd be best frozen uncooked. If they have been frozen before then you'll need to cook them first.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    We made some last week which we grilled then topped with a pineapple ring and a couple of slices of cheese ... grilled again till cheese melted .... DELICIOUS
