My credit file has been cleared of ALL DEBTS but getting letters for 12 yrs old debts

Hi,

I had loans in about 2002, I was 21 & couldn't keep up with payments , I never went bankrupt but I couldn't get any credit until last year. What do I do. I live in Scotland. I changed address almost 10 yrs ago NEVER received any letters from creditors until now. My credit file has been cleared of all those debts and my credit score has went from very bad to good. BUT now this is the second letter I have received from debt collecting agencies for this debts.

PLEASE , and I have finally got good credit , is this going to affect me. I thought debts were wiped after 6 years but since I got a credit card the letters are coming from creditors that are from 2002
