I have a house worth 120k I have an outstanding mortgage of 106k, some secure some un-secure. I want to buy a house for 115k as I'm moving with work.
Can I do a straight port with nram?
Also I'm in the forces so not on the electrol roll, I've been abroad a lot so don't have much if a credit history either, will they do a full re-application or will the fact I have never missed a payment be enough?
Im abroad now and due a posting when i get back, so I can't phone them at the moment,
