I have been shopping this morning..and was fairly good:o ..only i came across theses conainers -EZ-FREEZE...they are basically sandwich boxes/storage containers but the lids have gel in ..so you shove the lid in the freezer and then put them on your packed lunch to kep it fresh in your bag.. think these could be brill for all us who send our OH off with a packed lunch...or ourselves of course..... they are approx 630ml each so great for pasta salad...but i was wondering if anyone had seen these before and in different sizes???

Hi Mrsmcawber,
I have a couple of small ones for the childrens lunches, bought them in a local kitchenware shop and they're really great for the warm weather. They do come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Have a look at this website.

I've got some of these. They sell them in my local wilko shop. I've found the ones with the gel in the lids are better as they take up less room in the freezer than a whole tub of emptiness!!!
They're great for summer picnics.I like cooking with wine......sometimes I even put it in the food!0 -

I don't think they are better just abit easier as the ice pack is in the lid so you have more room in the box
I like the idea of the bottle ones for cold juice.0
