Can anyone recommend somewhere we can buy a Christmas Cake with Royal Icing on? Everywhere seems awash with fondant icing and I really dont like it. Last year we had one made but this year she's not doing them again :(

      its not that hard to do yourself as you can just do peaks , you can buy the icing sugar already with egg white in it do make up yourself

      I think I saw one in Waitrose

      Thank you, I often do make them but this year we're moving house just before christmas, we had a bereavement and bascially I cant spare the time or the brain power!

      I am off to Waitrose.......
