anyone? any idea?0 -
received my samsung this a.m . however surprised to find no contract, no paperwork, etc about details of offer. or how or when to claim my cashback or tariff details etc.
only received an invoice statin ovp tariff 0.00p.
phoned e2save and was told it was a verbal contract.
i'm a bit confused about this.
i beleive there should have been more info regarding the offer.
or perhaps they're inundated with orders , and getting hectic that they're forgetting to pack properly.Nice to save.0 -

If you look at the t&cs on the website regarding this offer it will tell you when and what to post. When I bought my wife's new phone from e2Save I printed everything off for her and saved all the info in a Word document so we wouldn't forget. Loads of my friends have done cashback offers from e2Save and they've never had a problem (apart from the one idiot who lost his bills!!)Don't blame me, it was like that when I got here!0 -

Gameplayers, if you look at the site the page says:
"Cashback from this merchant is usually reported within 24 hours, but may take up to 3 working days."0 -

well i called them and they said you do.
i wasnt convinced so i called again and was told you get the money again.
just to be sure i used my own referral link and did not login effectively creating a new account.
whilst i would not normally do this as it is kind of cheating - since they told me i would get the money anyway i did just to be sure0 -
just so you all know:
at e2save you cant downgrade after 6 moths
at onestopphoneshop you can -
effectively this means that you could save an extra £95 using onestop (6 * 15 saved a month)
i have actually emailled e2save stating this and asking if this constitutes a better deal and if they will price match it - to be honest i am not even expecting a reply - they never bother0 -
Information on e2saves cash back:
How do I claim cashback?
Our cashback and line rental refunds are e2save offers that are available on selected mobile phone offers for customers that subscribe to a brand new 12-month or 18-month service agreement.
Cashback / Line Rental Refund process
Your "cashback" amount is refunded to you in two stages by redemption, half at month 6 and half at month 12.
All you need to do is send us a copy of the 1st 2 sheets of your 6th monthly bill and 12th monthly bill within 30 days of receiving it. Your sixth monthly bill is the one received in the sixth month following connection. Therefore if you connect in February, the sixth invoice is the one received in August with the twelfth invoice the one received the following February.
Subject to you having remained on the original price plan chosen, we will credit the relevant cashback amount to your debit / credit card. Note we are unable to refund this amount by cheque or bank transfer.
