Just a thing, the answer is three, not two for today, there are three shops in london, 2 in the central london, and 1 in Richmond, that makes three , ( Richmond is in London Borough of Richmond upon Thames)

Depends how they look at it, their list of stores only has 2 with London in the address.

Richmond technically isn't in Surrey (Surrey boundary moved many years ago and is now further out near the M25). Surrey is often still used in addresses for this area but is really incorrect. Richmond is definitely a London borough and is zone 4 for London transport purposes (and parts of it are in zone 3). Depends if they want 'Central London' ie not considered to include Richmond or 'London' which should include Richmond. Going by the way they have done the addresses they may well consider it as 2 but they are then wrong really!
