A little unsure

I only started comping this month and think am getting a little system going but I have noticed on a couple of comps that they ask for address but only give 1 line?
What do you put in this, just postcode, first line or something else? sorry may be obvious but am a little stumped:)
thanks

    Hi, and welcome :)

I would put my whole address in the one line, eg:

43 MSE Towers, Competition Road, West Winnington, Yorkshire. 1AA 2BB

(Message to Santa: that's not my REAL address, please stick to the one you already have for me)

  • Yeah I do the same as Blu.
Sometimes you get 1 box for address and 1 for postcode so I put the first 3 lines of my address in the address box and my postcode in the postcode box :)

I would cut it down to:

    43 MSE Towers, West Winnington. 1AA 2BB

Easier if you are typing it - and has enough info for any package to get to you
  • Thanks for replies, think i was over thinking it lol

I usually put a shortened version - as long as they have your property number & postcode they can get your prize to you

I tend to put minimal information if they say they will email/phone winners, I can tell them my full information if I win and they try get in touch.
