Morning,
My partner works for a healthcare agency whilst she is a student. Her pay date was scheduled for today however late last night the managing director emailed all staff to say they would not be paid today due to an 'invoicing issue'. They have 'guaranteed' wages will be paid in two weeks time.
We are after some advice, is there anything she can do or is it a case of waiting?
