I started my own business and I'm looking to expand, my issue is having to train someone in while keeping up with the work i need to do. The second issue is until this person is trained I'm not sure what to pay with as their job won't start bringing in money until the training is finished. What did you do in this situation? Please advise. Thanx

Pretty sure theirs no legal way of getting out of pay them for training - its just part of the expense of having staff as for keeping up with your own work I've got no idea really usually even in training having a second pair of hands is always useful!
End day if you work for someone regardless of what you were doing you'd expect to get paid to..they've got bills to pay!People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
Assuming you are talking about an employee then yes you need to pay them whilst they are training and you'll get annoyed when they leave a few days after completing the training but that is the world of being an employer.0
