You can write to santa at
Santa Claus
North Pole
Xm4 5hq
You need to put a stamp on it (first or second class) ideally before the 6th December and you will get a reply from santa. This is a Royal Mail service, and the first so many that get sent will also get a colouring book.

And I've been told by someone at Royal Mail that the replies from here are simply beautiful.
