If it helps at all, November has been pretty quiet for me on the wins front. I'm not complaining, they've been good wins but only had 4 over the whole month.

Just think, with December's advents you could well win a prize every day!

Advents are starting rather than1 prize a month most companies will offer 1 prize a day!

I've been thinking the same thing. I'm probably entering more competitions now than I ever have, but wins have all but disappeared. I've won nothing at all so far in November. Here's hoping the fun and madness of advents brings us some luck!

It is unfortunately but I think we all knew this when we started. It's all luck of the draw, I've had great months and I've had months when the most that I've 'won' have been samples or freebies.

It's so easy to give up because of not winning, but not entering also means no wins.

Keep going and hopefully advents will make it up for you. I hope for some major advent success!

I know how you feel, I've been a bit disheartened too lately as had an extremely quiet November, although I did get a nice surprise £100 cheque in the post the other day so that perked up my spirits a bit.
I sat down the other day and wrote down every prize I'd ever won in the 18 months or so I've been comping... it was a grand total of 48, and that was including a good few boxes of cereal (lol) in that time I must have entered easily 50,000 comps if not more, so I haven't won any more than one in 1000!!! It can be disheartening when you look at it like that, and you think of the endless time and effort that you put in. But I just keep telling myself that all my luck is being saved up and I'll get a really great win sometime soon!!! Good luck, keep at it! XXXXX

Does that stop me bursting through the front door to see if there are any suspicious white envelopes? Or compulsively checking my mail every 5 minutes? Does it stop me from wondering whether I've forgotten my own mobile number and entered it incorrectly in LastPass?

Nope

In my experience it'll come. And very probably not in the format I want/expect or when I want it - but as long as I keep entering it'll come. I just need my first win since restarting about a month ago and I'll be fine. Very impatient until I get it though......
