advice needed please?

could you please advice me on my next step please.

i won with disney and had an email to confirm on october 11th,i replied the same day but haven't received my prize.so i emailed them again asking them to chase it up on november 12th,3 days later they replied stating " We have heard back from our partner that your prize has been sent out and you should expect your delivery soon."
i still havent received my prize,so emailed again on 25th november.i haven't yet had a reply.

could someone advise me on what to do next,and maybe help word another email,if it is needed

I know how you feel, I waited about 3 months for some MAC cosmetics from one company.... if its available, use social media, ie tweet them or comment on a facebook site saying how disappointed you are at the service/delay .. thats the way I EVENTUALLY (yawn!) managed to get my makeup sent to me after numerous emails and being given various excuses etc.

Hope you get somewhere with it

There is a company that you can email that will help you, I too know how horrible it is when you're chasing up a prize and don't get anywhere.

The important websites you should be aware of are:
ASA: Advertising Standards Authority - https://www.asa.org.uk
IPM: Institute of Promotional Marketing - https://www.theipm.org.uk
CAP: Committee of Advertising Practice - https://www.cap.org.uk

Promoters should attempt to deliver your prize within 30 days after either notifying you of your win or 30 days after claiming your prize, whichever is later. If it has been more than this then you should contact them and ask politely when you might expect to receive the prize. If you don’t get a response then you could search for the company’s phone number online – you may be passed from one company to another, but persevere until you speak to the relevant person. Often, you will be notified you’ve won a prize by a magazine and then an agency will organise prize delivery: sometimes the communication channels don’t work and they need chasing. Try not to get stressed out on the phone, as most of the time people DO want to help you out! If there’s still no sign of your prize after 40 days since the initial notification or claiming then you should say that you will go to either IPM or ASA if this is not sorted within (for example) 7 days.
