Virgin broadband has gone down three times in the past week for me, the speed is good though.
Best thing is to post a message on their help and support forum or look at the service status for your area.0 -
I've been with Virgin since they started and have had no major problems. But like all computer equipment they do suffer from 'getting stuck in a loop' occasionally. It may be that a simple reboot of your router does the trick. Try it.Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0

Thanks everyone. I am up to speed now! I've been with them since the old Telewest days:eek: Anyway apparently when the upgrade happened my hub was not set to the correct speed just defaulted or something (super fast what we pay for) all ok at the moment , just need to keep digging away at the daily mag videos which are a pain at the moment:)0

Always slow here -- less than 2Mb download
Sadly we live in an area where there is no cable - so have to have VM down the BT line ........... although 1/2 mile down the road they have 150Mb0 -

Have you checked your router? Mine was playing up and it turned out that VM needed to send a signal to it.
I would 'phone VM and see what they can do. Ask for compensation, they will usually give you a few days credit.0
