    Really??? I don't need to make any more payments??? What if they then turn up with the CCA?

    Then you need to start making payments...............if they produce the CCA but if it gets to the 12+2+30 days and they still haven't produced it, make sure you report them to TS, OFT as this will make them back off and write the debt off as they stand to be fined up to £2500 if they are chasing a debt that they can't enforce ITMS. Whilst they are in default (which they are now) by you paying them you are acknowledging the debt ITMS.
