Mini Oven!

Hi, I'm so excited as I just got an Andrew James mini oven. I only have a plug in hob and halogen oven, so this means cooking just opened up for me! (I have no room in my tiny kitchen for an actual oven)
So what can I do with it? The manual just gives basic info and I'm very keen to see what I can with it. My halogen cooked meat but had issues with it being pink in middle still and not being thoroughly cooked. I've actually forgotten what cooking is without very small portions of food in halogen or in a pan on the hob!
Any recipes/things to try? I'm going to try my first lasagne and pasta bake once I've found a right-sized dish. Excited!!

WIGGYWOO there is a lady called FRUGAL QUEEN who only uses her mini oven to cook with as an economy measure who has a very interesting thread she posts daily. If you google Frugal Queen it will take you to her thread. She has an archive that is full of cooking recipes and tips from the last few years, all of which have been cooked in the mini oven. You would find many things that are very nice and will cover all meals you might want to make. Hope that helps, Cheers Lyn x.0

Yes that's the one, the archive is particularly useful for recipes. She's not posting for a few days as they're just in process of moving house I believe but it's well worth a read, Cheers Lyn xxx.0
