1. The promotion is open to UK residents ("Entrants") aged 13 and over, excluding employees of DSG Retail Limited (the "Promoter") (and their families) and the Promoter's associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. All entry instructions on the Promoter's Facebook page at https://www.Facebook.com/CurrysPCWorld (the "Page") form part of these terms and conditions ("Terms"). By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and any such amendments shall be published on the Page.
3. The promotion commences at 8.00pm on 27/11/2013 and ends at 11.59pm on 04/12/2013.
4. Entrants may enter only once and must be aged 13 or over.
5. To enter, Entrants must ‘Like’ the official Currys PC World Facebook page (unless they have already done so) and follow the link to this promotion on that page. Entrants must submit their personal details (including name, address and email address) as requested on the Page in order to be entered into the prize draw.
6. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
7. The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
9. The promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in the promoter’s sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
10. The draw will take place on 05/12/2013.
11. 12. The winner will be selected at random and will be sent a ‘notification email’ within 2 days of the draw to the email address supplied. The winner is required to reply by email, and provide delivery details, within 7 days of the date on which the notification email was sent.
13. If for any reason the winner does not reply to their notification email within 7 days the Promoter will undertake a redraw.
14. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives.
16. Upon request, the surname and county of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to Currys PC World, Big Xmas giveaway, DSG Retail Limited, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7TG. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the draw.
17. By entering the promotion you allow the promoters to contact you via email with further information on this promotion as well as other offers.
