my automatic discharge is January 2014 and my last date of employment is going to be 30th April 2014 - will the OR take my redundancy pay out even though I'll be discharged

On another thread you mentioned that you currently have an income payment agreement in place, if that's the case then the following may apply:
You may be asked to make a one-off payment from the lump sum to cover the amount left to pay on the IPA or IPO. This can happen even if you are discharged from bankruptcy.
The amount claimed will vary, depending on whether you are discharged when you receive the lump sum and the time left to run on the IPA or IPO.We work as money advisers for National Debtline and have specific permission from MSE to post to try to help those in debt. Hi if ou are in an ipa then you must keep the or informed of any changes to your financial position0

I believe they will take an amount based upon the current IPA amount multiplied by the amount of months the IPA has left to run.
