Daily Mag videos issue today

Managed to get a couple of the dallies done- those with a question, or the first one with a video, but after that no.

I refreshed the page numerous times, closed the tab, tried one at a time. Logged out, cleared cookies, then logged back in.

I even tried accessing them via Firefox, the videos still wouldn't work.

IE, didn't like Now and closed the page down.

Apart from those that had questions which went through okay, and one of the mags that the videos all worked on (Woman's Own) I couldn't get the videos to work on: Now, Woman, Chat, Best, Pick Me Up, house to home, or Good Housekeeping.

Has anyone else had problems today, or is it just me?

I had a few issues, but then refreshed and it submitted for me.

Managed to enter those i wanted to enter through Chrome.

I was using Chrome, which was what surprised me.

Some of them I refreshed 7 or 8 times and still no use...

I wasn't sure if it was something on my computer- Adobe updates done a couple of days ago, but apart from one or two videos playing up, everything had been okay before today.

So wondered if it was happening to others...If it isn't then it must be a recent change on my computer.

That was how most of mine were yesterday evening mumto2boys.

If it occurs again I'm going to e-mail, as it was the same on other browsers.

Just been and done all the dallies.

Only had 2 stick on Pick Me Up, but just went back and it's gone through this time.

They did only seem to be using two videos today- Lemsip and Gaviscon, and they were working yesterday, but were only on one or two.

I was annoyed about yesterday's blanks as it was all the big prizes that I couldn't enter...:(

The Gaviscon video always does my head in!! It runs, but then freezes with 2 seconds to go, nearly every time!!


I also get a lot of black screen / not loading ones, but normally refreshing works.

Hi,

Same here for me. Cannot get videos to play or when they do they take ages! As you say seems to be ok with the question ones, but just thought it was me. Been like this for a couple of days for me but will try now . Boohoo I miss my mags:)

Update, just started the click to win comps and I had noticed in recent days they had started putting adverts in between the comps but this message appears when I've entered and it says "you've been entered to win etc etc"

Message; "One or more files on this web site were encoded by Zenguard and the required run time support is not installed or properly configured" I did notice the name of Zenguard as a previous advert so haven't clicked on anything yet? Anyone with the same message? I do have adblocker applied etc.:)

Haven't done the click to wins yet, so I'll watch out for it.
