Sainsburys - Andrex Toilet Rolls - Buy 2 Save £3 - MISTAKE!

Hi all,

My friend has just got back from Sainsbury's with a bargain - So be quick.

The deal is on Andrex Toilet Roll (4 pack)

The special offer on the shelf says: Buy 2 - Save £3.

...and as each 4 pack costs £2.08 - If you buy two packs and knock off £3 - That means you get 8 rolls for £1.16 - NOW THAT'S CHEAP!!

Hi i went in my sainsburys this morning, they were selling for £1.98!! So got 2 for 98p!! they took sign down after i pointed it out at till!!

Why oh why did you point it out ?!!!!!!!!!! all that did was stop anyone else getting the bargain that you did, bet you didn't point it before you bought them.

I think you will find that the poster pointed it out at the till because they were going to be overcharged.

Excuse me??? When i got to the till i had to point it out, as it wasn't showing up on till!!

In betheebee's defense I read this original post and thought the same thing perhaps you should have stated that you had to mention to get the money off i.e. it didnt come off at till.

I thought it was pretty obvious that the sign was taken down as the deal wasn't coming up personally.
