3/4 frozen beef joint

I didn't realise my daughter had turned the temperature dial on the fridge (maybe yesterday).
My slow cook beef joint was in there and when I found it was about 3/4 frozen. The temperature in the fridge was -2oC. I've stuck it in the freezer now to finish freezing but do you think it will be okay to eat?
Thanks

It shouldn't affect how safe it will be to eat - but although slow freezing may may affect the structure of the meat .... chances are it will be absolutely fine.0

Thanks for the reply TonyMMM. I thought it'd be fine but best to check with meat."A strong man stands up for himself, a stronger man stands up for others" Barnyard the children's film.

It'll probably make it more tender, if anything. Slow freezing tends to make larger ice crystals the quick freezing, which will break down the fibres in the meat.
Do let us know, though.Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j
