Argos incompetance

I had had an XBOX one ordered from Argos (my mum as an gift). It was marked as dispatched yesterday and was penned for delivery today. My tracking then changed to Delivered so I contacted them only to be told they had none in stock and it wasn't even dispatched.... they have none!

No phone call or email to let us know ; had I not noticed the Delivered note I'd never have known!

The tracking still says delivered and Argos are only saying we might have stock by Friday.

I can't track my order because it says delivered and Argos aren't being helpful!

What would you guys suggest I do?
Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 17 payments until DEBT FREE - February 2027
