Mortgage advise please

we are moving and need to find a mortgage for £85,000. We would like to have one that is discounted for 2yrs or 3 maximum.
I've only had one mortgage before for last six years - with Northern Rock - which the discounted time has run out so as far as i know i have just £200 to pay them to finish it.
Any advise where to start?

If you are confident in doing your own research and application you can look at some of the compariosn sites to see the best deals
Alternatively you can look at a whole of market adviser to help you

I am currently remortgaging and took Martins advice and when to a fee free whole of the market mortgage advisor (london and Country). They were great and found me a great deal that I am happy with.
Everything was done over the phone and all I had to do was sign a few forms and away you go. (Martin Lewis is a God)0
