Question About "Pick Up Entry Form" comps

Hi all,
Sorry if I'm having a grey moment..but...Are "pick up entry form" comps listed on this site? And if yes, where do we list them?
This past week I have come across 3 such comps. 1 was in a local shopping centre (so very geographically specific) the other 2 were in a bank and according to the small print you didn't have to be a customer of the bank but you did need to fill out entry form and hand it to a member of staff (regardless of where in the UK you are).
Any help gratefully received, thank you xx
PS. Just did a search (sorry I should have done in first place!) but it looks like those I have found have a different end date.
