Im having the same problem, 3 times I have tried using different email addresses, registering first etc! Have cleared cookies but still no go

APPARENTLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A 20% SALE ON, NO CODES ARE VALID AT PRESENT. MAN ON PHONE SAID I WASN'T LOSING OUT BECAUSE I WAS GETTING IT CHEAPER ANYWAY. TOLD HIM I HAD LOST 40 MINUTES OF MY LIFE AND THEY COULD KEEP THEIR STOCK I WAS NOW BUYING MY PRESENTS ELSEWHERE

I wouldn't worry. The 10% code is only valid from Monday. I.e AFTER the 20% finishes.

Obviously the earlier people managed to get the extra discount on a glitch which has now been sorted. ah well.

I e-mailed them last week to find out if they had extended their returns period for Christmas gifts , as many other shops do, and they said they hadn't made a decision yet. A bit slow off the mark at this time of year.
There is no store in my town so any gifts would have to be returned by post at my expense or the recipients could take them back after Christmas to their local store but anything bought now, when the offers are on, would be outside the 28 day limit. Hopeless.
