These are the main terms:

1. Winner will receive the following prize: Trip to New York for two people.

1. Prize includes:

• return economy flights from London to New York (inclusive of taxes and surcharges);
• return transfers from New York airport to hotel; 5 nights’ accommodation at the 4-star Empire Hotel (subject to availability, double or twin room at winner’s option, breakfast not included, credit card details will be required on check-in for any additional expenses);
• private helicopter flight over Manhattan (subject to availability, weight restrictions may apply);
• tasting menu at Eleven Madison Park restaurant (subject to availability, includes £100 towards drinks);
• cocktails at Milk & Honey (up to £150 towards drinks, subject to availability, winner and guest must be over 21 to take up this element of the prize); and
• £500 spending money.

1. The following restrictions apply:

• The prize does not include UK transfers, meals (other than as stated), trips (other than as stated), taxes (other than as stated) service charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above.
• Winner and guest must obtain their own travel insurance.
• Guest must be aged 18 over.
• Prize must be taken by 30 September 2014 and winner must give 6 weeks’ notice of preferred departure date.
• Travel may not be taken from 20 December 2013 to 4 January 2014 or over UK Bank Holidays. Travel may not be amended once booked.
