First payment for Nationwide mortgage

Hello,
I'm a first time buyer, hoping someone can help as neither Nationwide nor my mortgage broker could give me an answer!
I complete on Friday 29th November this week. My payments will be taken on the 7th of each month. Will my first payment be on 7 December, or 7 January?
Thank you.

Your first payment will be around 14 December and will be a full month's payment, plus two days interest, for 29 and 30 November.
Your first regular payment will be on 7 January and will be a regular month's payment alone.I am a mortgage broker. Thank you kingstreet and tom1984!
Dan I did ring them but they weren't sure themselves; kingstreet's answer will hopefully help you too.
I have a silly question - since Nationwide know that I'm moving house do I need to inform them of my change of address for my mortgage and current accounts, or will they pick this up automatically?Student loan - paid off in March 2014 :j Mortgage taken out in November 2013, £172,400 to go0 -
The security property will become the active correspondence address for the mortgage from completion, but I can't say if it will automatically change your other accounts too.I am a mortgage broker. Halifax didn't change our accountsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Just got our mortgage from nationwide a few months ago - first payment was as kingstreet described above.
They didn't change our address with our current account etc, had to do that separately (can do it online)
Hope that helps xMFW Sept 2013 Starting balance: £101160.59 25 years
