I am 70 years old and have a FSP with the company that i have been with for 30 years. My original company that my pension is with was sold to another company.
I am still working for the company but my old company holds my FSP. Can i take my FSP and still work for the company.

Unfortunately it depends on the scheme rules & the details of the company takeover/transfer so no one here can help0

But I cannot fathom that at 70 you haven't met the scheme retirement age.
So contact the pension administrators- haven't you been getting statements? Was it a final salary scheme or a money purchase one?
Then, think about tax. You are still working? do you earn enough to pay tax? do you need the income?
you could take the pension LS that is tax free, and invest the pension income into your current pension if you have one, to save income tax.0
