Hi guys
It's remortgage time for me and I'm looking into offset mortgages. The One Account (used to be Virgin, now RBS) is offering a fantastic deal but I know very little about it.
Does anyone have one? How is it? Would you recommend it?

I thought One Account was closed to new business.
It's been showing as "closed for training" on its website for about three years, IIRC.
