We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your Tesco Favourites vouchers yet. Your vouchers were shipped to the address on your account, so you should have received them by now.

For some programmes we have extra stock and are able to re-ship vouchers, but unfortunately we do not have any extra packs for this programme.

If you did not complete any activities on the Orchard site for this programme, please reply to this email and we can exclude you from this programme so that your Orchard score is not affected.

I also did not receive the favourite pack and got the same email but the next day got invited to the berries pack, so hopefully that will arrive as the favourites was my first invite
