Would a very old caution appear on a CRB check ?
The caution was for having a spicy cigarette and a good 20 years old.

'Spicy cigarettes'?
Do you mean Class B, as was, controlled drugs by any chance?:hello:0 -
Might not show on the basic crb
Will on the standard and enhanced
Any involvement with children/vulnerable people and it will.
Someone I know got a conviction for criminal damage so far more serious than yours. After 20 years it still showed up. However, it was an enhanced crb, as like me, it was for football coaching for kids. The football association of Wales don't see it as a problem
Either way you can declare it as spent. Any reasonable person/organisation should take no notice of it given no recent problems and how long ago it was.0 -
Cheers for info.0
