Employment Tribunal - where to next?

I was awarded a sum of money from an ex employer via the Employment Tribunals system.
I was told that although I had been awarded there was no guarantee in claiming the money back?
I have approached my ex employer many times to request some kind of payment/payment plan to no avail. Although I did get a lump sum payment from him back in March, for a quarter of the money, but nothing at all since, despite numerous promises.
Thing is, I now feel I've been pleasant/patient enough - what can I do to ensure I get my money back?
Thanks
