So I won this prize from here

Found out that I had won in the first week of October, sent my details straight away, in the first week of November I still hadn't received anything and emailed asking about the status of the prize, the response was 'I hadn't heard back from the other 2 winners but will send your prize out at the end of the week' , 3 weeks later and I still haven't received anything and sent another email last week saying that I had not received anything and have had no response?

Before getting more formal you could ask for an update on FB/Twitter (nicely at this stage, maybe asking in case there is a problem with e-mails going through etc.)
