i have had conflicting answers for this with 13.28% for Russia and 12.65% Saudia Arabia but another answer was Saudia Arabia was top producer ? i am going for Russia ? i have asked in answer bank but they have only come up with the same as me so i am afraid it's down to you which you feel is the right answer but there are more votes for Russia on Google
